Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor Agile team to ensure consistent and effective agile execution across teams.
Define and evolve the agile operating model, standards, and delivery frameworks across the team.
Enable cross-team collaboration, dependency management, and alignment across initiatives and product domains.
Monitor delivery health, team performance, and agile maturity, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support roadmap planning and execution by ensuring prioritization frameworks and delivery processes are effective and transparent.
Help create an environment where teams are empowered, accountable, and focused on delivering customer value.
Contribute to talent development, capability building, and hiring within the Agile team.

Requirements:

Experience in large-scale digital product or technology companies is a plus.
Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks, especially Scrum, Kanban, and scaling agile practices.
Proven experience leading multiple agile teams or Agile Delivery Managers in complex product organizations.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, product delivery, and engineering practices.
Experience driving organizational change and agile transformation initiatives.
Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve team performance and delivery outcomes.
