At Snappfood, our Ads business line plays a central role in shaping the future of the platform. Our mission is to maximize Snappfood’s revenue from advertising while creating the best possible value for our partners. As one of the core engines of growth, the Ads unit is also a key driver of Snappfood’s overall profitability. We are now looking for a Senior Business Developer to help us accelerate this journey by designing and leading innovative, data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Act as an owner of strategic initiatives within the Ads business line, driving growth and long-term value creation.
Lead cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales, marketing, data) to deliver complex projects aligned with business goals.
Identify and evaluate new product development and sales strategy opportunities that strengthen the Ads platform.
Translate business objectives into structured projects; define clear milestones, mobilize resources, and ensure execution.
Use a data-driven mindset to analyze performance, market trends, and user behavior; support decision-making with actionable insights.
Develop innovative solutions for high-level business challenges; proactively suggest new initiatives and pilot projects.
Represent the Ads business line in executive-level meetings, presenting strategies, progress, and outcomes effectively.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to unlock growth opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience (4+ years) in business development, product strategy, or growth management, preferably in e-commerce, adtech, or digital platforms.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects from idea to execution.
Strong knowledge of product development cycles and sales strategy.
Excellent analytical skills; proficient in SQL, Excel, and comfortable working with data science/BI teams.
Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial/ownership mindset and the ability to turn vision into execution.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and gain buy-in at senior management levels.
Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication.
