Responsibilities:
Coordinate project-related activities to ensure alignment with business goals and deliverables
Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration and transparency
Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigating strategies
Assist in resource allocation and management to optimize project efficiency
Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, in collaboration with project stakeholders
Track project progress and report on key performance indicators to project sponsors and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or any related fields
Experience in FinTech and LendTech industries is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination and project management role
Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar)
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
