Responsibilities:

Analyze vendor operations performance, marketplace trends, and customer experience metrics to identify improvement opportunities and business risks.
Own KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Lead forecasting, capacity planning, and resource optimization initiatives to support operational scalability and efficiency.

Partner with Data, BI, Product, Commercial, and Operations teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions and measurable outcomes.
Conduct root-cause analysis, scenario modeling, and business impact assessments to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Present data-driven insights, business cases, and performance reviews to senior stakeholders and support strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Operations Analytics, Strategy, or Performance Management, preferably in marketplace, e-commerce, or technology-driven businesses.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker).
Experience in KPI management, forecasting, capacity planning, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis techniques for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets.
Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Ability to design and maintain dashboards, automate reporting processes, and ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
Knowledge of Python, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modeling is considered an advantage.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market, operational, and commercial drivers.
