شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business priorities into data initiatives and ensure organizational alignment around execution.
  • Collaborate with Managers to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Review major data initiatives and provide guidance on prioritization, technical trade-offs, and resource allocation.
  • Support organizational planning, workforce planning, budgeting, and capability development across the Data function.
  • Partner with the Director of Data in defining and executing the data organization's strategy.
  • Drive alignment across Data Science, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning teams.
  • Participate in technical and architectural discussions to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Represent the Data Function  in leadership and business forums.
  • Drive adoption of best practices across analytics, machine learning, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience leading technical teams or managing technical leaders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect technical initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
  • General understanding of Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Data Science, and modern data ecosystems.
  • Ability to engage in architectural and technical discussions with senior engineers and technical leaders.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced technology organizations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
