Responsibilities:

  • Developing a comprehensive business line strategy that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of SnappFood. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and areas for differentiation.
  • Working towards revenue targets by devising innovative approaches to drive sales, expand the customer base, and increase the average order value. Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize profitability.
  • Forging strong relationships with key partners, including restaurants, delivery service providers, and technology partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and secure beneficial partnerships to enhance the platform's offerings.
  • Collaborating with the product team to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements that align with the business line's growth strategy. Advocate for customer-centric solutions and contribute to the development of a best-in-class food delivery platform.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the food delivery business line. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions to optimize operations and increase efficiency.
  • Leading the expansion of the food delivery service to new regions and cities. Conduct market research and develop launch plans for successful market entry, considering local preferences and regulations.
  • Collaborating with various departments, including marketing, operations, finance, and technology, to ensure seamless execution of business line strategies and initiatives.
  • Identifying potential risks and challenges related to the food delivery business line and devising contingency plans to mitigate these risks effectively.
  • Staying updated with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in the food delivery and technology industries. Share relevant insights with the team and apply them to improve the company's competitive advantage.
Requirements:

  • Advanced Strategic Planning: Expertise in developing and executing complex business strategies.
  • Financial Management: Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation.
