Responsibilities:
Work closely with teams to implement best practices, tools, and techniques for continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within and across teams.
Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
Helping to Create the product roadmap, coaching the writing of value-driven user stories, features, epics, and maintaining a well-defined backlog
Facilitate team meetings, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions and reviews where they can align their goals and synchronize their efforts.
Requirements:
Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies & techniques specifically scrum and kanban
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or in a similar role.
Coaching and mentoring abilities, with a focus on fostering self-organizing teams.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Solid understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
