شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall strategy, growth, and performance of the assigned business line, aligned with Snappfood’s business objectives.
  • Define business plans, strategic priorities, and growth opportunities based on market, customer, and business insights.
  • Own key business metrics, budget, financial performance, and P&L, driving actions to achieve business targets.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other relevant teams.
  • Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and opportunities to scale and strengthen the business line.
  • Lead and develop the business line team while aligning key stakeholders around priorities and business outcomes.
Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in business management, strategy, operations, product, or related fields; experience in technology or digital businesses is preferred.
  • Proven track record of owning business performance, developing strategy, and delivering measurable growth and business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, revenue, profitability, unit economics, and business KPIs.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong English proficiency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
