Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain AI agents and agentic workflows for real-world use cases.

· Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, internal services, and external tools.

· Implement tool calling, function calling, RAG, memory, and context management.

· Design effective prompts and context engineering strategies.

· Build multi-step and autonomous workflows using modern agent frameworks.

· Develop mechanisms for agent evaluation, observability, reliability, and cost optimization.

· Experiment with new LLM models, agent frameworks, and AI development tools.

· Turn AI prototypes into production-grade applications.

· Collaborate with backend, frontend, platform, data, and product teams.

· Contribute to reusable agent tools, skills, workflows, and infrastructure.

Requirements:

· Strong software engineering and programming skills.

· Hands-on experience with LLMs and LLM-powered applications.

· Experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI automation.

· Good understanding of:

o Context Engineering

o Prompt Engineering

o RAG and Vector Search

o Tool / Function Calling

o Agent Memory

o Multi-Agent Systems

o LLM Evaluation

· Experience with Python, C#, Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.

· Experience working with APIs, databases, queues, and distributed systems.

· Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Mastra, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
