Responsibilities:

Design and implement systems to collect, normalize, and analyze data from diverse sources.
Partner with BI, Backend, Express, ICT, and other functional teams to align data strategies and access needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract actionable insights from data analysis to inform growth strategies.
Develop scalable strategies and tailored recommendations to optimize business growth within existing budget and resource constraints.
Establish a comprehensive growth planning framework that accounts for regional differences, operational challenges, and performance drivers.
Conduct in-depth evaluations of growth initiatives using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support executive-level decision-making.
Lead cross-functional analytical projects, ensuring delivery within scope and timelines.

Requirements:

Tools & Technologies:Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau (or similar data visualization tools).
Analytical Skills:Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business strategies.
Project Management:Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive them to successful completion.
Strategic Thinking:Ability to develop long-term plans while effectively addressing short-term tactical needs in a fast-paced environment.
Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
High adaptability and comfort in a dynamic and fast-changing business environment.
Strong sense of accountability and ownership over outcomes.
Proactive problem-solver with a data-driven approach.
