About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven analyst with expertise in SQL and Python to extract valuable insights, optimize performance, and support strategic decision-making. If you have a passion for data analysis, business strategy, and problem-solving, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Insights:
Utilize SQL for Data Querying: Conduct intermediate-level data querying using SQL to extract and analyze large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Order Pattern Analysis & Unit Economics: Identify and analyze ordering patterns of users to calculate the unit economics of their orders, providing insights into customer behavior and profitability.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of data solutions, generating reports and making data-driven recommendations for optimization and enhancement.
Data Documentation: Produce comprehensive Microsoft Excel reports and written documentation to demonstrate findings, trends, and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Data Modeling & Solution Development:
Data Model Design & Development: Design and develop data models that align with business objectives and team requirements, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and meet the strategic goals of the department.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess data models and solutions, identifying opportunities for improvements, and implement changes to enhance their effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
Support & Training:
End User Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end users on analytics tools, ensuring they are empowered to effectively utilize these tools for their decision-making processes.
Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, product management, and operations, to ensure data models and insights are aligned with broader business strategies.
Strategic Contribution:
Strategic Insights Contribution: Contribute to the development and refinement of business strategies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis.
Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:

Excel, SQL, and Python skills.
Proficient at Python scripting and using basic Python libraries
The ability to draw conclusions from data and create business predictions.
Able to work with cross-functional teams and have the maturity to interact directly with senior executives across departments and provide consultation to departments on implementing strategic initiatives.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
