Responsibilities:

  • Design, review, and optimize team processes and operational procedures to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Discover opportunities to automate workflows and enhance overall team efficiency.
  • Manage data within the fraud project: cleaning, analyzing, enriching, storing vendor information, and reviewing experts’ performance.
  • Monitor and control the accuracy of recorded data in performance review projects, ensuring data reliability.
  • Prepare and deliver structured feedback files to support team development.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to enable real-time monitoring of project and individual performance.
  • Collaborate closely with other functions and teams across the organization to ensure smooth execution and maximize value delivery.
  • Create, improve, and maintain reporting tools to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields (Master’s is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical/operational role.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
  • Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages (a plus).
  • Ability to design and document business processes and suggest improvements.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
