Job Discretion
• Responsible for development of vendors after acquisition and maximize their potential
• Oversee the growth of new vendors with defined metrics
• Leading vendor’s incubation and training team
• Design and implement vendor training and incubation processes
• Monitor and Analyze vendor performance data and develop solutions to boost vendor's performance and implement the solutions.
• Gather insights and understand pain points from new vendors and develop solutions to solve them
Requirements
• Ability to lead, feed and monitor operational team
• Good communication skills and pleasant attitude.
• Data analyze insight
• Demonstrate problem solving ability with experience in providing practical business insights from data sets
• Ability to define and implement processes
• Creativity in providing solutions and initiatives to maximize vendors potential on the platform and good project management skills to implement initiatives
