شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Set long term goals for market development
  • Hire and train new employees
  • Ability to plan OKRs and being KPI oriented
  • Oversee preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of vendors
  • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas
  • Address complaints regarding of service
  • Schedule staff hours and assign duties
  • Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree holder in Engineering/ MBA or related fields
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to forecast supplies as needed
  • Ability to manage the budget
  • Ability to analyze Data (Familiarity with SQL is an advantage)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to give constructive criticism to employees
  • Ability to create service policies for employees to follow
  • Amazing leadership abilities
  • 3 years of experience working in customer service
  • Enthusiasm, communication skills and motivated team player
