Responsibilities:
- Set long term goals for market development
- Hire and train new employees
- Ability to plan OKRs and being KPI oriented
- Oversee preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of vendors
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas
- Address complaints regarding of service
- Schedule staff hours and assign duties
- Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s degree holder in Engineering/ MBA or related fields
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to forecast supplies as needed
- Ability to manage the budget
- Ability to analyze Data (Familiarity with SQL is an advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to give constructive criticism to employees
- Ability to create service policies for employees to follow
- Amazing leadership abilities
- 3 years of experience working in customer service
- Enthusiasm, communication skills and motivated team player
