• Conducting training needs assessment based on Sales KPIs, goals, performance gap of sales agents.
• Designing, delivering, and supporting learning solutions for training and retraining to both new hires and experienced sales agents including but not limits to general sales and negotiation topics.
• working closely with multiple departments to coordinate training sessions to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
• Conducting required assessment tests in order to evaluate and improve the whole training process and ensure that executed courses are well provided.
• Analyzing and Reporting on executed training courses and other related data sources for further decisions on sales agents’ training plan.
• Engage with trained experts, discovering and fixing their issues on their learning progress.
• To search for best practices and benchmark new content and trends in the sales field for adjusting and improving existing courses and designing new ones
• Designing learning path for sales agents based on business goals and requirements and their training and performance background
• Involve in holding sales team conferences in liaison with both Internal Trainers and External Sales trainers and professional.
Requirements:
• Good at office tools especially at Power point and Excel
• Requires an exceptional understanding of standard business practices related to sales operations processes and systems Ability to manage the full training cycle
• Being a potential sales agent and having ability to sell
• Being able to manage and hold seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to articulate learning objectives that are focused, concise, and measurable.
• To be a subject matter experts, and they are skilled coaches who understand the real challenges salespeople face in the field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and professional speaking skills to include classroom facilitation. Good at searching and investigating for best practices and apply them on the job effectively
