شرح موقعیت شغلی

• Participate in the Fraud Prevention team to keep the platform at a healthy level in terms of pricing.
• Study and monitor the market regularly to check prices and influencing factors of price changes in order to protect the interests of both vendors and customers.
• Compile and analyze important data during the time especially in complex situations to provide recommendations and solutions and help make better decisions.
• Communicate and negotiate with vendors to detect their possible pricing cheat, warn and follow up with them to meet the company standards and norms.
• Report any issues which may require further research from related teams.
• Benchmark and find the existing best practices and tools in order to detect and prevent fraud and improve the customer experience.
• Prepare and update reports and required documents for the service managers
• Evaluate current processes and suggest any appropriate improvements to increase efficiency, reduce loss cheating, and enhance the customer and vendor experience.


Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Ability to collect, organize and analyze data to make reports in Excel
• Excellent level of organizational knowledge such as processes, procedures, structures, and so on.
• Good Working English language knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to interact with all levels of personnel, and to negotiate with clients
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in management, MBA, engineering and other related fields
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills 
• Good problem-solving and skills
• Time management skills
• Strong teamwork skills

• Strong decision-making skills
