Responsibilities:
- Approaching approved leads by category manager and signing contract
- Facilitate vendor onboarding process
- Create and maintain Close relationship and communication with vendors as the main contact person
- Having the responsibility of reaching vendors to their order targets
- Ensure about competitive pricing of vendors especially on high demand and key products
- Acting as a facilitator in solving vendor issues (Operational, Financial, …) and follow with related teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to vendor needs and objectives
- Continuous checking of vendor operational KPIs and assist vendors to improve them
Requirements:
- Problem Solving Skills Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Follow up skills
- Strong Listening, Negotiation and Presentation Skills
- Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
