Responsibilities:
- Analyzing vendors data in all aspects such as experience, order, performance, etc and providing data analytical support of operational teams.
- Constantly review and analyze the vendor’s historical data, and based on this, optimize business operations.
- Creation and maintenance of various BA reports, analysis, and visualization, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for improving vendors’ performance and experience.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining ongoing reports, data mining, analysis, dashboards, etc. about vendors that drive meaningful and prompt actionable insights.
Requirements:
- A good level of mathematical and statistical knowledge
- Strong knowledge and experience of SQL programming language
- Must have proficient knowledge of Tableau, Power BI
- Ability to analyze, model and interpret data
- Good at data storytelling and data visualization
