شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:


  • Liaise with business stakeholders to identify key initiatives and engage data analytics team members to complete delivery of sustainable solutions to business problems, using data analysis, advanced analytics and data engineering standard methodologies.
  • Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Create and develop rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis.
  • integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.
  • Design and develop metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business and product decisions in order to improve performance and reduce costs.
  • Combine knowledge of statistical methodology and analysis with programming skills to support complex analyses.
  • Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary.
  • Design and deploy some machine learning models and assessments.
  •  To act as a coach for junior team members and assist them in their issues to onboard them correctly. 
Requirements:


  • Master’s degree or above in Technology Systems (Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering) or other related discipline.
  •  Minimum 4 years’ experience in data teams.
  •  Working experience in a related e-businesses with big scale data sets.
  •  Prior experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques.
  •  Work experience in enterprise organization / or detailed projects. 
  •  Expert in working with visualization tools Tableau/ Power BI/ Grafana.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
  • Ability to use techniques such as regression, data manipulation, time series analysis, forecasting, statistical hypothesis testing, and econometric models.
  •  Excellent knowledge of data generation and analysis tools especially Excel, SQL, python.
  •  Strong knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques Understanding data science algorithm and know how to choose and deploy them. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences.
  •  Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and Self-starter.
