شرح موقعیت شغلی

• Develop, manage and maintain daily content for CX and CRM campaigns.
• Write scenarios and articles in need.
• Develop and manage guidelines and processes used to request/review/approve new or make changes to existing CX content.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Communication, and Graphic teams in developing and tracking textual and visual contents.
• Hold regular meetings with other teams that intend to observe and handle demands.
• Master company guidelines and strategies, aim to unitize all publishing contents.
• Observe questionaries of all strategic and contextual items.
• Entirely in charge of vendors’ digital magazine development and publishment.
• Absolutely responsible for planning and running the content side of projects.
• Preparing timeline for team tasks and accountable for KPIs.
• Plan A/B testing on running contents and report regularly.
• Research and set questionnaires then report and plan the results to the Content Department manager.
• Onboarding and training new team members.
• Work closely with the Content Department manager to ensure that daily content and communications are delivered efficiently and effectively to internal and external clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional and hands-on experience in Content, Marketing, or CX
• MBA, industrial engineering, and other related fields are a plus
• Proficient in preparing and updating content calendars
• Advanced in Word and PowerPoint skills
• Familiar with Excel and G-sheets
• Graphical perception aims to visual content observing
• Proven Adobe Photoshop proficiency
• Enough English working knowledge
