شرح موقعیت شغلی

Recruit, hire and train the sales team
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully supervising the sales team
Set agents' sales goals, compare performance to goals and adjust goals as needed
Set up the Sales team in selected cities for expansion
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Develop individual targets and assign territories/services for team members
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
Negotiate and sign contracts with VIP & Wishlist leads
Supervise required operational & executive processes in assigned cities
Preparing regular sales reports to have future action plan to boost the sales performance
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fill them

Technical Competencies:

Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Reporting Skills
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
Strong analytical skills
Effective planning skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
