Our company is willing to create emerging phenomena and is eager to have Market Research Operation Specialist on our team to help us get through business challenges with creativity, intelligence, and speed of response.We are waiting for you to be with us in this story.

Job Description:

Understanding and translating business objectives into research steps (questionnaires, focus groups, e.g.)
Collecting data through interviews, focus groups, surveys and other market research methods.
Providing competitive analysis and preparing reports
Designing surveys and guidelines for qualitative research such as focus and in- depth interview and other quantitative surveys.
Planing, coordinating and running focus group meetings and leading focus group discussion and keeping them on track
Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods ( SPSS ,STATA,Excel,...)
Performing statistical analysis such as correlation, regression, cross tabs, t- test , ...

Job Requirements:

Ability to provide reports in English
Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies.
Strong analytical skills and ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
Ability to lead and facilitate group discussions.
Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
Familiarity with programming languages R or Python is an advantage for selection
