شرح موقعیت شغلی

Create & manage content for internal/external communication, including press releases, media inquiries, speeches on the external side, e-mail, internal newsletter, intranet, workplace, strategy and management meetings, visual campaigns, etc.
Design surveys and methods to measure and analyze the success of our employer branding activities
Support internal and external relationships, with the aim of developing/creating efficient and added value solutions for communication
Develop flagship projects on employer branding in line with company culture to increase employee motivation and commitment
Evaluate opportunities and execute partnerships and sponsorships (interest in football preferred)
Partnership in defining practical projects to shape, execute, refresh, and evolve company EVP and employer brand strategy to optimize the company's presence and increase employer brand awareness aiming to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates
Establish strong relationships with internal and external potential partners to deploy employer branding strategies
Partner with Talent Acquisition in the creation of relevant adverts, job descriptions, etc., ensuring our employer brand is conveyed correctly at all times

Requirements:

At least a Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR, marketing, communication, or related fields from top universities of Iran or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of experience in employer branding or content creation and social media management Solid practical experience in social media, recruitment marketing, or digital communication
Excellent copywriting skills and ability to write delicious text on any topic Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good understanding of social network tools, trends, etc. Analytical skills and ability to design and analyze surveys Advanced level of written English
