شرح موقعیت شغلی

SnappFood is looking for a highly motivated and proficient IT Manager to join our high-tech company.
As an IT Manager, your primary mission will be aligning IT infrastructure with current and future
business requirements and goals. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that support the
company's smooth running, from technical support to developing and implementing new IT systems.
As well as that, provide dynamic project management and leadership to ensure the successful
implementation of IT projects.
● Manage and monitor hardware and software troubleshooting related to internal IT
● Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT and electronic data operations, policies, and
procedures
● Assign Helpdesk tasks to Help desk members and control the help desk operations
● Prepare and deliver operational or project progress reports.
● responsible for a wide range of tasks that support the smooth running of the company, from
providing technical support to developing and implementing new IT systems.
● Supervise and coordinate technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance of essential IT
infrastructure, including operating systems, applications, servers, email systems, laptops,
desktops, software, and hardware
● Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees,
communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance
● Ensure network access and backup systems
● Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational
policy
● Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
● Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity
levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
● Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization
to develop solutions for IT needs.
Technical Competencies
● Develop and manage complex projects related to network infrastructure.
● Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network, and systems
administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
● Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
● Knowledge of the UBNT wireless solution and access points.
● Working knowledge of the Cisco ISE access control policy platform.
● Extensive knowledge of FortiGate Firewalls.
● Knowledge of Zabbix, Manage-engine, or similar network monitoring solutions Good
understanding of highly available architecture and experience supporting mission-critical
services.
● Understanding of Linux operating systems, scripting, and automation.
● Infrastructure installation and maintenance, including virtual appliances, server farms, and
third-party tools (VMWare, Active Directory, SQL Server, Veeam Backup, IIS, Group Policy,
Remote Desktop Services, Exchange, SharePoint, System Security)
● Staying up-to-date with field advancements and ensuring the team receive refresher training
as well
