Responsibilities:



  • Execute diverse field projects focused on data gathering, emphasizing hands-on implementation.
  • Implement initiatives designed to collect relevant information from the field.
  • Ensure seamless project execution, collaborating with teams and leading promoters.
  • Facilitate the gathering of accurate data for further processing and organizational use.
  • Actively engage in the practical aspects of field data collection, minimizing disruptions and maximizing accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals.
  • Lead promoters and field teams to achieve project milestones and data collection targets.
  • Uphold quality standards in data gathering processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to field project execution.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders and field teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of field project execution processes.
Requirements:



  • At least a bachelor’s degree in the field of Industrial Management, Operation Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or other relevant areas.
  • At least one year of experience in a relevant area.
  • Familiar with planning and skilled executing field projects.
  • Understanding of and experience in overseeing field initiatives.
  • Proficient in using project management tools for efficient execution.
  • Flexible Having good knowledge and skills in budget management.
  • Proper knowledge and skill in Google tools (Google Sheets, Form, Slides…)
  • Advance knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
