Responsibilities:
- Implement Designed Processes by the business process team on Jira and other existing systems and platforms
- Support issues happened on Jira & follow up until they are resolved
- Follow up daily requests from other teams to guide or fix the problems
- Training Other stakeholders on implemented processes and apply related troubleshooting accordingly
- Identify and articulate technology capabilities, challenges and trade-offs to business units
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology/ System or other related disciplines
- Familiarity with business processes, operations, models and structure
- Ability to use necessary software (Excel, word, etc)
- The ability to use Power BI is a plus
- Familiar with JQL programming is a Plus
