Responsibilities:
- Lead the analytics efforts by providing actionable business insights to improve decision-making across the commercial division
- Manage and oversee the development of dashboards and reporting initiatives using tools such as Power BI, Metabase, and Tableau. Ensure the presentation of clear, accurate, and strategic information for all levels—strategic, tactical, and operational.
- Work with the commercial strategy department to distribute and define targets for all teams within the commercial division, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.
- Prepare and present key insights and findings through reports and presentations to senior leadership, including the Commercial Integrated Business Planning Director and other executive stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by ensuring that insights are delivered to key stakeholders in a timely and actionable manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and insights.
- Strong ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable business insights.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- ·5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
