Responsibilities:

  • Design, create and continuously improve the photography project flow and process in the platform (Jira) and benchmark and create other required methods and tools in line with the team and company policies and procedures.
  • Close cooperation with the photography team and vendors to effectively manage and schedule photography projects.
  • Set and plan photography requests according to t. schedule of photographers and the distance of vendors.
  • Plan and organize to achieve daily goals of photography projects, increase the output of photos taken and reduce the cancellation rate by the vendors.
  • Communicate and follow up with the photography team to complement the city's photographers according to the vendor content team's targets.
 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in project management, administration, or other related fields is required.
  • In case of transfer within the team, it is necessary to have a KPI higher than the target in the last job position.
  • High-skilled in negotiation and follow-up.
