Responsibilities:

Project Planning Including Developing comprehensive project plans, objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, aligned with business development objectives.
Project Execution to Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, quality standards, and cost parameters.
Having Risk and Resource Management Skills to Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project progress and deliverables.
Performance Monitoring to track project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and key success factors (KSFs), providing regular updates to management.
Proficiently collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the operation's performance and projects, using insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.

Requirements:

Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing data-driven insights.
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
