Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
- Lead the recruitment process, from initial application to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
- Monitor and maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Engagement:
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports for HR metrics and analytics.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics.
- Ability of Designing variety of Hiring Processes Functions.
