Responsibilities:


  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the company's performance and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies
  • Generating reports and dashboards to present findings and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on data-driven analysis
  • Identifying new market opportunities and potential areas for business expansion or diversification
  • Monitoring and analyzing competitor activities, benchmarking Snappfood's performance against industry standards.
  • Providing strategic recommendations based on market insights to support product development, marketing campaigns, and business growth strategies
  • Supporting the development of short-term and long-term business strategies in alignment with Snappfood's goals and objectives
  • Collaborating with senior management to identify strategic priorities and initiatives, contributing to the company's overall growth and profitability
Requirements:


  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of e-commerce trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles
