Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth user research through various methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
Connecting user insights and foresight to design and business objectives
Identify the right problems to solve and discover what the best solution is to encourage desired user behavior
Develop the UX research discipline by training designers and their teams, provide an outside-in perspective and educate departments on the value of UX research
Interpret and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover patterns, trends, and user insights, translating findings into actionable recommendations for design and development teams.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to integrate user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
Collaborate with design teams to create wireframes and prototypes that reflect user feedback and usability test results, ensuring a user-centric approach to product design.
Effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels, helping them understand the user perspective and guiding decision-making processes.

Requirements:

Research Tools: Proficiency in using a variety of research tools, such as usability testing platforms, survey tools, and analytics tools.
Prototyping Tools: Familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools to derive meaningful insights from user data.
Accessibility Standards: Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience implementing accessibility best practices.
