Responsibilities: 

Project Planning & Management: 

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
Stakeholder Engagement: 

  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including operations, marketing, product development, and customer support teams
Risk Management: 

  • Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and issues
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project impact
  • Ensure proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution
Quality Assurance: 

  • Establish and enforce project quality standards and procedures
  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure adherence to quality expectations
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Performance Tracking & Reporting: 

  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project succes
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports and dashboards for senior management
  • Analyze project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements
Requirements: 

  • Project Management: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive decision-making
  • Technology Savvy: Comfortable working with technology and software solutions relevant to project management and delivery operations
  • Process Improvement: Expertise in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Budget Management: Ability to manage project budgets effectively
