Responsibilities:

  • Works with the Top-level Management and other executives to establish and execute short and long term objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them.
  • Establish and execute departmental monthly, quarterly and annual plans and Policies by using the OKR & KPI tool policies, in conjunction with Company Objectives, organization officials or staff members.
  • Analyze and represent activity reports or other performance data to assess operational or project effectiveness and goal achievement
  • Oversees HR Development programs (including recruitment, onboarding and training of executives)  and helping Team resources regarding job responsibilities and assigned Projects
  • Analyze market conditions and evaluate market needs and demands to suggest new business.
  • conduct studies on issues affecting areas of responsibility and develop required strategies for preventing and managing risk.
  • Develop or implement Vertical marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns or sales promotions.
  • Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business stakeholders.
Requirements:

  • Strong Leadership and Developing and Building Teams
    Strategic thinking skills.
  • Judgment and Decision Making
  • Complex Problem Solving and Critical Thinking
  • Negotiation and Management of Personnel Resources
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar area of specialization in e-businesses
  • +3 years progressive experience in management/ leadership of business line or category.
  • Strong analytical skills and query software (Familiarity with SQL is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with product and service development and business finance
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and services.
