Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
Statistical Analysis and Optimization: Apply advanced statistical methods and optimization techniques to solve complex business problems.
Model Development: Build and implement mathematical and statistical models to simulate scenarios and support decision-making.
Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators and business metrics.
Insight Generation: Interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Process Improvement Identification: Identify areas for operational improvement and work collaboratively to implement data-driven solutions.
Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Effective Communication: Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Programming: Utilize programming skills, preferably in Python, to automate data processing and analysis tasks.

Qualifications:

· Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, SQL, and Excel.

· Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

· Strong understanding of statistical analysis and optimization techniques.

Soft Skills:

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· High level of intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in financial analysis and modeling.

· Familiarity with big data tools and technologies.

· Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their practical applications.
