- Gather, clean and analyze data using statistical techniques and generate regular reports
- Translating analysis results into business recommendations
- Providing data analysis needed for creating business insight and improving the quality of operations decision making
- Provide data-driven solutions to improve biker acquisition performance
- Meet tight deadlines while working in a deadline-driven environment
- Increasing the lifetime value (LTV) of couriers by cooperating with the departments of biker acquisition, Engagement, business development and Business Intelligence by creating a precise definition of the life cycle and its key stages and identifying development paths
- Defining metrics and indicators and analyzing success of tests and initiatives
- Controlling and improving operational indicators
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Familiarity with data analysis and analytical tools like Python, SQL, PowerBI
- Familiar with the simulation of logistics processes and optimization principles
- Familiar with optimization algorithms
- Familiarity with root cause analysis
