Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial and accounting operations.
  • Analyze accounting records and financial reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including Tax, SSO, and other related laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate the monthly closing process and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and yearly financial statements.
  • Lead the year-end closing processes to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of accounting standards and related laws.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
  • Stay focused and precise on assigned tasks, ensuring quality orientation.
  • Exhibit flexibility to adapt to changing financial environments.
  • Prioritize self-development and contribute actively to teamwork.
Requirements:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure vigilant monitoring and adherence to evolving financial regulations to uphold the organization's compliance.
  • Advanced Financial Analysis: Demonstrate proficiency in advanced financial analysis techniques to interpret intricate financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • Systems Proficiency: Exhibit adeptness in financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for meticulous data management and reporting efficiency.
  • Robust Internal Controls: Establish and oversee rigorous internal control procedures, ensuring the safeguarding of financial assets and maintaining precision in financial reporting.
  • Process Improvement Leadership: Spearhead initiatives for continuous process improvement within finance and accounting functions, optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Mastery of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS): Maintain a comprehensive understanding of IFRS and international accounting standards, ensuring meticulous adherence in financial reporting.
