Are you passionate about optimizing business operations and driving performance analytics? SnappBox is seeking an Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving issues, evaluating performance, and implementing data-driven decisions to enhance our customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze First and Last Mile operational KPIs to identify trends and performance gaps.
Assist in analyzing large datasets to generate actionable insights for operational improvements.
Support planning activities and roadmap execution for operational initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Customer Support, and Logistics.
Perform root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.
Monitor business and operational performance metrics and support P&L tracking.
Maintain documentation, reports, and operational processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
Utilize SQL and Power BI to extract, and visualize data when required.

Qualifications

+2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL is required.
Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
Familiarity with Python is a plus.
Good understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Persian and a good command of English.
