Our B2B clients come to us with all kinds of delivery needs, and rarely two the same. Your job is to understand what each one actually needs, shape a delivery solution that fits, and keep it working. When something goes wrong you are the one who spots it and solves it. This is a hands-on problem-solving role for someone who likes untangling messy operational situations and making them run smoothly.

At that size the difference between a smooth operation and a chaotic one is measured in thousands of deliveries. Keeping it on the smooth side is the whole game. It is also the job you would be joining.

Job Description

You are a Senior Operation Specialist who takes responsibility and follows through. You can sit with a business client’s real needs, translate them into how a delivery operation should run, and then do the work of keeping it healthy. You solve problems yourself rather than handing them off.

You take a messy, ill-defined problem, figure out what is really going on and drive it to a clear outcome.
Business clients trust you. You can understand what they need and turn it into something that actually works on the ground.
You would rather be in the details solving the real problem than managing it from a distance.

Key Responsibilities

You work directly with our B2B clients and their delivery operations. The work is hands-on and changes with what each client needs.

Understand the need: you get to the bottom of what a business client actually wants from their deliveries, across the different models and requests they bring.
Shape the solution: you translate that need into a delivery setup that fits, and adjust it as the client and the operation change.
Spot and solve problems: you watch how things are running, catch issues early and dig into the real cause instead of the obvious symptom.
Analyze and decide: you use the data to understand what is happening and make sound calls, often creative ones, under real conditions.
Stay steady when it is hard: delivery has bad days. When one hits you keep your head, work the problem and see it through.

Qualifications

This is a role for someone who has already proven they can take responsibility for a problem and see it through, not just complete tasks.

3 or more years in operations, logistics, supply chain or business and data analytics, with a track record of driving measurable improvement.
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills. You can look at a messy operational situation and find the real issue.
Real working command of Excel. This is a hard requirement. You should be able to build and use serious spreadsheets, not just open them.
The ability to work directly with business clients and communicate clearly with people outside your own company.
Fluency in Farsi and English.
Readiness for live delivery operations, where urgent issues can surface at any time and need a fast response.

Nice To Have

Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
Experience working with B2B clients.
