Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive innovation and efficiency? SnappBox is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to join our cutting-edge team. In this role, you'll design and develop experiments such as A/B testing, implement automation solutions, and manage offering topics to optimize our delivery operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Translate complex data analysis results into clear, actionable business insights and strategic recommendations to drive operational improvements.
Design and execute experiments, such as A/B testing, to inform business decisions and validate hypotheses.
Offer real-time data analysis and rapid solutions during urgent operational challenges, ensuring 24/7 operational resilience.
Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems.
Oversee the data flow and infrastructure necessary for effective analytics, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with organizational goals and ensure seamless implementation
Stay current with business trends, suggesting improvements to existing systems and workflows
Leading, motivating, and developing team members to achieve their best.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in python development, data science, software engineering or data analytics.
Proven experience in python development, statistical analysis and data pipelines.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (python, SQL, PowerBI, Docker, Redis)
Having strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Farsi and English.
Bring a strategic and analytical mindset to the table, with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 24/7 availability to address urgent issues is essential.
