The Content Project Manager will run the day-to-day process of producing creative contents by maintaining a tight, efficient project schedule and collaborating with editors, graphic designers, Videographers and photographers. This role is responsible for owning projects from beginning to end. To be successful in this position, the candidate should be an individual who is self-motivated, adaptable, has strong communication skills. A Content Project Manager should be comfortable working within a larger team environment, solution-oriented, highly organized, and sharply focused with a keen eye for detail
Participate in project kickoffs, content meetings, reviews, and other project based meetings as needed
Trained eye for arts
Plan, manage and track video and picture and sound production
Own quality control (QC) of all assets coming from studio teams
Flexibility in accommodating rapid change and capacity to learn quickly
Proven effectiveness when working under pressure
Facility for communicating effectively from one-on-one to large groups
Appreciation for the creative process and skilled at working with creative teams
Knowledge and experience with design and production processes
Solid understanding of file specifications; resolution, color space and other technical requirements of assets needed for image and video production
Experience in project management or content management systems such as JIRA, Trello, or similar software
Previous agency experience specifically working on global brands preferred
Previous experience in digital production preferred
