In this role, you will be at the forefront of resolving issues, evaluating performance, and implementing data-driven decisions to enhance our customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
● Analyze logistics operations to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
● Develop performance metrics and KPIs to monitor operational efficiency.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, Data, QC, etc) to optimize logistics processes and workflows.
● Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
● Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
● Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues, develop corrective action plans and translate analysis results into business recommendations.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations and analytics.
● Build strong relationships with key accounts, anticipate customer needs, and execute action plans to exceed expectations and deliver an exceptional experience.
● Proactively monitoring and analyzing delivery operations metrics to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
● Translating customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap and building a product development pipeline
● Developing internal and external processes for delivery operations, understanding drivers of low performance, identifying critical operational improvements and defects, scaling those improvements, and monitoring their performance over time
Qualifications
● At least 2 years of experience in data analytics in one of the fields: operations, logistics, supply chain management, business analytics, business line management, commercial or project management.
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (we are using Excel, SQL, and Power BI).
● Having strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis
● Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Farsi and English.
● Bring a strategic and analytical mindset to the table, with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
● Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 24/7 availability to address urgent issues is essential.
