Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our CEO. In this role, you will manage schedules, communications, and key administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations and effective coordination with stakeholders. If you thrive in dynamic environments, excel at multitasking, and have a passion for supporting leadership, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate the CEO's meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Conducted research and prepared reports, presentations, and briefs for the CEO.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
Assist in planning and executing projects and events.
Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong capability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Skilled at collaborating with others and building relationships.
Able to anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently.
Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3- 4 years of experience in a similar role.
