Job Description

Are you passionate about optimizing operations and driving performance excellence? SnappBox is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of resolving issues, evaluating performance, and implementing data-driven decisions to enhance our customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze logistics operations to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, QC, etc) to optimize logistics processes and workflows.
Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues develop corrective action plans and translate analysis results into business recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and analytics.
Build strong relationships with key accounts, anticipate customer needs, and execute action plans to exceed expectations and deliver an exceptional experience.
Proactively monitoring and analyzing delivery operations metrics to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Translating customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap and building a product development pipeline
Developing internal and external processes for delivery operations, understanding drivers of low performance, identifying critical operational improvements and defects, scaling those improvements, and monitoring their performance over time
Ensuring the establishment and strengthening of the relationship with key accounts

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain management, Data analytics, Business Analytics, Business line management,or project management.
Proven experience in business operations and performance analysis.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (we are using, Excel, SQL, and Power BI).
Having strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Farsi and English.
Bring a strategic and analytical mindset to the table, with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 24/7 availability to address urgent issues is essential.
