About Snappbox

Snappbox is a disruptive on-demand urban delivery platform in Iran, connecting businesses with the largest fleet of delivery personnel in the country. While only a few companies can access high-quality, low-cost last-mile delivery, many bikers seek more work opportunities but struggle to find customers. We aim to transform this landscape through innovative technologies and elevated operational standards. Join us in shaping the future.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead backlog management, iteration planning, and user story elaboration focusing on strategic alignment.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine the product roadmap based on user behavior and insights.
  • Serve as key stakeholders' primary point of contact, effectively communicating product features and updates.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and documentation.
  • Analyze usage data and monitor product performance, integrating findings into the product development cycle.
  • Oversee the creation of comprehensive product documentation to support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct impact assessments and rigorous data analysis to guide decision-making.
Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong technical background and a deep understanding of product development processes.
  • Proven experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing, with strong presentation skills.
