We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our HR operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both strategic and administrative HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and start recruitment processes.
Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Monitor and maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
