شرح موقعیت شغلی

As the Offline Marketing & Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing Snapp Box’s offline visibility and creating strategic partnerships with corporates, retail chains, and businesses that can benefit from our delivery solutions. Your focus will be on driving brand awareness, engagement, and business growth through experiential marketing, co-branded initiatives, and high-impact collaborations. Additionally, you will develop and manage loyalty programs to strengthen relationships with partners and enhance customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute on-ground brand activations that boost awareness and customer acquisition.
Identify high-footfall locations (malls, business districts, events) for brand placements and experiential marketing.
Plan and manage event sponsorships, pop-up experiences, and roadshows to increase brand presence.
Work with offline agencies and vendors to produce high-impact marketing materials for offline activations.
Identify and build partnership opportunities with businesses that require our delivery service.
Develop win-win collaborations that enhance both brand’s visibility and partner business growth.
Negotiate and execute co-branded campaigns, loyalty programs, and exclusive offers with corporate partners.
Track partnership performance, ensuring ROI through data-driven insights and reporting.
Work closely with Sales, and Operations to align brand activations with business goals.
Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to explore API integrations or special service offerings for partners.
Manage partnerships with media, PR, and event organizers for maximum exposure in coordination with internal campaign team.

Qualifications

+8 years of experience in brand activation, partnerships, or BTL marketing (preferably in tech, ecommerce, logistics, or FMCG).
Proven track record of executing successful offline activations and partnership deals.
Strong negotiation and business development skills to drive impactful collaborations.
Experience in event planning, sponsorships, and experiential marketing.
Ability to analyze partnership performance and optimize initiatives for business growth.
A creative, proactive, and strategic thinker who can execute with excellence.
Strong network in the corporate sector is a plus.
