شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management & Business Support

Deliver accurate and timely reports on key operational and business metrics.
Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
Monitor data trends, identify anomalies, and proactively highlight potential risks and opportunities.

2. Data Infrastructure & Quality

Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards to provide reliable and accessible business insights.
Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries (ClickHouse) to ensure efficient data retrieval and reporting.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by identifying, investigating, and resolving data-related issues.

3. Process Automation & Operational Efficiency

Automate recurring data workflows and reporting processes using Python and other relevant tools.
Develop and maintain data solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline data-related processes and increase productivity.

4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders and provide timely support for data-related needs.
Ensure data deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.

5. Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement

Document data processes, reporting logic, and best practices to ensure sustainability and consistency.
Support team members by sharing knowledge, technical expertise, and data management best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data infrastructure, reporting standards, and operational processes.

Required Competencies & Skills

Core Competencies

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
Self-motivated and continuous learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong numerical reasoning and ability to work effectively with large datasets.
Creativity in identifying data-driven solutions and process improvement opportunities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in SQL and query optimization, preferably with experience in ClickHouse.
Strong knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and process improvement.
Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
Experience in dashboard development and data visualization using Power BI.
Good understanding of data quality management, reporting standards, and data governance principles.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with statistics and data interpretation techniques.
Intermediate English proficiency for reading technical documentation and collaboration.
Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is considered a plus.
