Snapp is currently planning on launching a super-app, in which all ventures of Snapp are reachable.
In order to enhance our understanding of cross-venture user behavior and to provide more cross-venture value to our active users, we are building a CRM discipline for Snapp Super-app and we need a CRM specialist for this discipline.
What you’ll be doing:
• Gathering data on KPIs recorded by each venture and define high value users in each venture based on their individual KPIs
• Searching for opportunities to do cross-venture CRM activities and recommend on possible campaigns
• Running and analyzing cross-venture CRM campaigns and suggesting on campaign optimization based on proper A/B testing
• Monitoring post-campaign segment behavior and define campaign long-term effects
• Creating tracking reports for CRM activities including their criteria,results and costs
