Along with the CTO, she/he would do the following:
- Lead a cross-functional unit across development, DevOps and QA teams - Would have "NO DIRECT REPORTS" for time being but have authority to escalate production issues on all levels by all means - Lead training of QA teams to handle/resolve production issues - Define, prioritize and follow up the resolution of root causes to production issues - Lead resolution of incidents by creating a response team - Provide through our QA team, live support to singular issues as they happen in our production environment - Have authority to revert production deployments, cancel sprints - Work collaboratively with teams to define SLAs and moving toward improving snappbox SLAs
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of proven experience in the field of IT - Demonstrated experience in Microservices - Relevant experience in technical support - Professional written and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making ability - Understands client-side and backend worlds - Has an eye for finding and elaborating backlog items and asks drilling whys to realize why a fault has happened? - Is willing to work across units to solve problems - Passion for perfection
